But you ARE responsible for fraudulently selling someone something you said was going to protect their phone from damage THAT DOESN'T PROTECT THEIR PHONE FROM DAMAGE. And that's what you did. To whoever is reading this, just save your money and buy a Unicorn Beetle Pro case on Amazon. JJ Wireless is a waste of time and money.

Bella, we are sorry you had such a dramatic experiences. I would feel the same way too if I dropped my phone so hard and it cracked. You can't expect someone else to be responsible for you dropping and cracking your own phone can you? We understand accidents happens, you could have called us and we could've helped you. Good Luck!
Apr 27, 2019Previous reviewIf I could give 0 stars I would. This man put up a whole lot of attitude and sold me two subpar products. The first subpar product was a screen protector that was shoddily applied and made it nearly impossible for me to use my phone. I ended up peeling it off not even a couple of days after I purchased it. The second subpar product was a phone case that partially destructed within a month of buying it. As a result I am now stuck with a $50+ repair for a cracked screen on a phone I paid $200 for. On top of his crappy products was his crappy attitude. In some deluded effort to be friendly, I accepted his in-your-face, resentful customer service as part of the JJ cellular experience and went on my way. Now I'm pissed off that he would have the gall to attempt to charge me anything, including money, for his piteously worthless services and product. I would go somewhere else if I could do it over.

Glory R.Hermosa Beach, CA501634Mar 7, 2021This is the place to go if you want a screen protector for your devices: smartphones, iPads, tablets...John Allan, the guy at the shop is more than happy to help you put the screen protectors on your screens. You'll never get that kind of service at the mall, outlets, or major retailers. JJWireless.com has more options and selection too. The best part is that this place charges a lot less than what you'd pay elsewhere. There's some metered parking outside (free on Sundays) and various parking lots nearby that charge about $5 flat. It's on the same block as the Chinatown Metrolink Station. (My mom and I take turns chauffeuring each other there too, lol) I usually enter the store from the entrance to the building on Spring St., climb up the stairs, make a right at the top, then turn left at the end, make another left away from a different vendor only selling cases, keep going 2-3 doors down, and at last get ready for quick, friendly service and quality selection at bargain prices. With the money you save, you can shop for more stuff there in Chinatown or grab a boba. Btw, JJWireless.com has affordable Bluetooth speakers, AirPods, and smartphone accessories. Instead of stressing out about losing Apple AirPods that cost a ton of money, just get the ones at JJWireless.com and relax. I don't walk around with my cellphone screen all cracked because of JJWireless.com, so I just want to give this local business all the props I can possibly give it! (Tbh, a lot of Filipinos and Latinos actually know about this place already.) Well, everyone on a tight budget like me should know about this place! One last thing, I like how well the whole surface of my phone was cleaned at JJWireless.com; that was pretty awesome! :)
